DUTCH Hormone Panel
The DUTCH test is a simple dried urine test that measures hormones as well as their metabolites. The reason we would want you to perform this test is to measure:
- How much hormones you are producing
- How well you are clearing them, or clearing them too quickly
- If they are being directed down alternate pathways
Key advantages include:
- Maps hormones through a full menstrual cycle
- Provides a comprehensive view of key hormone fluctuations throughout an entire cycle
- More accurate than saliva for progesterone and especially for estradiol
There are various panels measuring different hormones and we would have suggested which ones would be best for you.
